These terms apply to orders through our online store for bathroom trays, cabinet organizers, shelves, and towel hooks. Review the product listing, these terms, and the linked policies before placing an order. You must be able to enter a purchase contract or have the required permission. Use accurate contact and delivery details, and use the website lawfully without disrupting its security or other customers.
Product information and suitability
Review the listed dimensions, materials, finish, mounting method, and package contents for the specific item. Measure cabinet interiors and available wall or countertop space before ordering. Images may show decorative props that are not included unless the listing says otherwise. Display settings can affect perceived color. Do not assume an accessory is suitable for every wall, wet location, load, or installation method. Contact us about an unclear detail before purchasing; we can check the available information and clarify what is known.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the items described at checkout. An acknowledgment records receipt; fulfillment remains subject to payment authorization and actual availability. If a listing or availability error affects an order, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to an appropriate correction or offer cancellation and refund. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed charge without your consent.
Prices, currency, and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Review the final checkout total, including any applicable tax, before submitting payment. Standard United States shipping is free. Dispatch and delivery
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and transportation after dispatch normally takes 3–6 business days, for a usual total estimate of 4–8 business days. Estimates can be affected by carrier and other relevant conditions. We will help investigate non-delivery, tracking problems, and damaged parcels. Cancellation, returns, and remedies
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation so we can check the order’s actual status. You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Our store covers approved return shipping through a prepaid label or equivalent free method and charges no restocking fee. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or misdescribed goods receive an appropriate remedy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days; banks usually need an additional 5–10 business days. The Refund policy gives the full process.
Care, installation, and responsibility
Follow the instructions supplied with your item and the factual guidance on its listing. Check mounting surfaces and hardware before installing, and seek appropriate help for work beyond your experience. Stop using a damaged or insecurely mounted item. Nothing here excludes responsibility for defective goods, negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, misleading descriptions, or other mandatory consumer protections. Your statutory remedies remain available.
Privacy, disputes, and changes
Our Privacy policy explains personal information use and privacy choices. Contact us first about an order dispute so we can review the facts and seek a fair solution. Applicable United States and state consumer protections remain available; these terms do not require you to waive them.
