Privacy

Scope and information sources

This notice explains how our website handles personal information when you browse bathroom storage products, place an order, contact us, or exercise privacy rights. We obtain information directly from you, automatically from your use of the website, and from providers involved in payments, fulfillment, security, or customer support. Product questions may include room measurements or installation photographs you choose to send; avoid including people or unnecessary personal details in those images.

Categories collected

Depending on your interaction, information includes identifiers such as name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses; commercial information such as orders, purchased items, returns, and communications; device and online activity information such as IP address, browser, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, and referral details; and payment transaction details needed to confirm authorization and refunds. Payment processors handle payment credentials through checkout. Please do not email full card numbers, security codes, account passwords, or identity documents unless we have explained a necessary secure process.

Purposes and lawful grounds

We use necessary information to process and deliver orders, answer fit or component questions, arrange returns and original-method refunds, maintain records, prevent fraud, protect the website, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Optional analytics or advertising, when enabled and legally permitted, can help understand use of the site and measure promotions. Where a legal basis is required, relevant grounds include fulfilling a contract, meeting legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure store operations, and consent where required. We do not request room photographs or installation details as a condition for exercising unrelated privacy rights.

Cookies, Google services, and advertising

Essential cookies support functions such as the cart, checkout, and security. Analytics and advertising cookies or similar tools may operate if enabled and permitted by your choices and applicable law. If Google Ads is enabled, Google may receive device or cookie identifiers and visit or conversion information for measurement and, where configured and allowed, personalized advertising. Browser cookie controls and any privacy choices offered on the site can restrict optional uses; blocking necessary storage can affect cart or checkout functions. If used, Google Analytics helps measure website use, conversion measurement links purchases to advertising performance, and remarketing supports relevant advertising subject to your choices. Enhanced Conversions, if enabled and permitted, may send hashed contact information for measurement; hashing does not make personal information anonymous. You can request an applicable advertising opt-out using the contact details below. Google privacy and advertising controls are described at Google’s privacy policy.

Service providers and other disclosures

Providers may receive information needed to host the storefront, process payments, ship parcels, support customers, detect fraud, and maintain business records. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a lawful business transaction with appropriate safeguards. Embedded maps connect your browser to Google when loaded and may share your IP address, browser details, and the map request with that provider. We disclose information for advertising only where the relevant service is used and the disclosure is permitted by law and your applicable privacy choices.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, including order fulfillment, returns, accounting, legal duties, fraud prevention, and resolving disputes. The period depends on the record category, legal requirements, and whether a request or dispute is pending. We use reasonable safeguards, limit access according to operational need, and ask you to protect your own account and device. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be processed by providers in locations different from where you live, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

United States and California rights

Depending on your state and applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, information about categories and disclosures, and opt-out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information when applicable, and freedom from unlawful discrimination for exercising rights. We do not require unnecessary sensitive information to purchase ordinary household storage items.

Global Privacy Control and requests

Where applicable, a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device that sends it. Contact us if you need an account-level request or additional assistance. Email or call using the details below, state the right you wish to exercise, and identify your relevant interaction. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. An authorized agent may submit a request with evidence of authorization; direct verification may still be needed where permitted. For California requests to know, correct, or delete personal information, we acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and explain how the request will be processed. For California access, correction, and deletion requests, we generally respond within 45 calendar days of receipt; where permitted, we may extend by a further 45 days and explain the reason within the original period. Applicable opt-out requests follow their separate legal deadlines and are processed as soon as feasible, within 15 business days where California law requires. Other state deadlines may differ. We explain any lawful refusal or extension. If your state provides an appeal, contact us to request review of the decision. You may also complain to your state attorney general or other competent regulator.
